The goal of this corporation and the website is to create a global network of programs and services designed to assist communities in promoting positive social development, independently.

Now, social development is used because we do not believe in social change. Social change indicates that social behavior is committed, then for whatever reasons ends or stops, and that particular social behavior is never repeated again. Then a new social behavior is created, and that social behavior goes forth from this point, never repeating previous behaviors.

We believe in social development, for the simple fact, that people do have specific social behaviors. Social behavior is committed, and to cope with individual social environment, an individual may or may not be impacted to alter their social behaviors. Social behavior does not stop, individuals modify or develop social behaviors to cope with their environment. Individuals may be involved in previous social behaviors, but may also develop new social behaviors, thereby alternating between previous and new social behaviors.
